The Colonia building lies in the valley of the Monte Cucco Park. The building
is the perfect accommodation for those who want to spend some days in close contact with the
natural environment. Since every room of the building is equipped with individual heating system, the Colonia is the ideal accommodation for associations, groups and individual tourists in every period of the year. The building is divided into several areas. On the first floor there is a big kitchen, a larder and an ample dining hall. Adjacent to the dining hall, is another hall that is normally used for group activities.
On the ground floor there is a room with en-suite bathroom and facilities for disabled, while on the first floor you can find the night area. The latter features two ample rooms with 24 bed accommodations each and shared bathroom and showers.
