At the time of booking, 20% of the total amount of the price must be left as deposit. At the end of your stay we will credit the sum to your account by bank transfer.

The payment of the whole price must be made prior to your stay by BANK TRANSFER to the following account:

As soon as you arrive, the keeper of the buildings and a supervisor will check the integrity and the cleanliness of the rooms. The same inspection will be carried out before you leave to ensure that the rooms you used are clean and not damaged. If the keeper finds some anomalies you will have to pay for the damage you caused to the building, therefore we reserve the right to keep the deposit.



Before checking out you must arrange for the cleaning of the rooms you used during your stay. You will have to provide for detergents and other products to clean up as you will not find any cleaning material in the buildings. If the rooms are not as clean as the supervisor found them on your check-in day, we reserve the right to keep part or the total amount of the deposit – depending on the state of cleanliness of the building. The maximum sum we charge is  €300 for the Abbey and €200 for the Colonia building. If you inform our staff prior to check out about your intention of not cleaning up the rooms you will be charged €200 for the Colonia and a maximum of €300 for the Abbey.



We cannot accept check-in before 4.30 pm, except in case of previous agreement with our staff.
You must check out by 2 pm following this procedure:
– you must leave your room by 10.30 am and store your luggage in the luggage room.
– the kitchen and the dining hall must be cleaned up by 1.30 pm.
– by 1.30 all your items must be taken out from the kitchen.



Cancellations must be notified 90 days in advance to the scheduled arrival date. If we receive your cancellation within this time the deposit will not be reimboursed, while in case of later notifications the half of the total amount paid is due.
